Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Handling of disputes according to card organization and domestic rules
- Telephone contact with banks/cardholders (German)
- Ensure that we are compliant with card organization rules and domestic rules
- Contact to internal and external customers and contact to international stakeholders
- Modifying business procedures
- Participation in projects
- Participation in collaborative meetings and training for customers
- Ad hoc task

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Experience and knowledge of international payment cards
- Knowledge and understanding of both German and international card organization rules
- Understanding of the process and optimal use of available tools
- Knowledge of lean and process optimization
- Being conversant with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Good communication skills (both in speech and writing)
- Experience within the financial sector or the card payment industry will be a plus
