Administrative Coordinator

**You will be**:
- General office organization and correspondence with countries on security and occupational health and safety issues
- Credit card processing, travel expense reporting, budget preparation support
- Maintaining department documents and manuals on the intranet (including monitoring deadlines and creating updates)
- Maintenance of performance dashboards and cockpits (website / databases)
- Monitor due dates and request information from countries
- Preparation of evaluations and analyses on occupational accidents, potential crimes, claims/financial losses and audit campaigns (pivot tables)
- Simple own KPI analyses based on pivot tables (simple focus visualizations)
- Annual audit campaign planning and scheduling,
- Planning, coordination and scheduling of meetings, conferences, video calls etc.
- Create meeting presentation (PowerPoint)
- Taking minutes of meetings (also during European business trips)
**You have**:
- An education as Office Management Assistant (“Kaufmann für Büromanagement in German system)”, administration or related
- Solid work experience in office management, ideally above 3-5 years
- Fluent English while German language will be a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- A high degree of initiative and fun taking on responsibility
- Understanding in dealing with legal texts would be a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally
