Als Business Unit Controller (m/w/d) betreust und steuerst Du bei CREALOGIX eine wesentliche Market Unit zusammen mit dem Market Unit Leader. Du kümmerst dich um die betriebswirtschaftlichen Belange, stellst Transparenz her und übernimmst Verantwortung für das Ergebnis und die Gestaltung der Market Unit. 

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Controller / Finance Manager in einem internationalen Umfeld, zeigst Eigeninitiative und willst mehr als nur Zahlen reporten in einem dynamischen Wirkungsfeld in der FinTech Branche. Dann unterstütze unser Controlling Team als Business Unit Controller (m/w/d) an unserem Standort Coburg. Homeoffice ist mehrmals die Woche möglich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Sparringspartner für den Business Unit Leiter und das Managementteam, Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung
  • Verantwortung für die Finanzplanung / -analyse und das monatliches Market Unit Reporting inkl. Forecast & Budget
  • Unterstützung und Herausforderung der Sales- und Projektteams, Überwachung der Projekte und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Projekt-Controlling: Unterstützung in der Angebotsphase mit belastbarer Projektvorkalkulation, Projektverwaltung und -überwachung sowie Verantwortung für die Projektdaten
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Umsatzrealisierung gemäß IFRS 15
  • Durchführung von Vertragsprüfungen und Einhaltung der Gruppenrichtlinien
  • Analyse von Abweichungen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
  • Etablierung der Controlling-Governance mit Deal Desks
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Projekt- und Finanzprozessen sowie im operativen Controlling

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Wirtschaft mit Vertiefung im Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling und Kostenrechnung
  • Erfahrung im Projektumfeld / in der Softwarebranche ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, PowerPoint sowie in BI-Tools wie PowerBI
  • Gute IFRS-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert, insbesondere im Bereich Umsatzrealisierung (IFRS 15)
  • Selbstständige, proaktive, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
