Business Unit Financial Manager

About the Role

CREALOGIX is seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Market Unit, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to the Market Unit Leader and management team
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting
  • Manage project finances and ensure compliance with IFRS 15
  • Conduct contract reviews and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Analyze variances and develop recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Establish and maintain a robust financial governance framework
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting
  • Experience in project finance and software industry is an asset
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as PowerBI
  • Good knowledge of IFRS, particularly in revenue recognition (IFRS 15)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
