We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager Marine Business to join our team at KAESER KOMPRESSOREN. As a key member of our International Marketing Department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the marine industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct continuous market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand our presence in the marine industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with product managers and sales units to develop requirement profiles for product developments.
  • Establish and expand business relationships with key customers.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Extended professional experience in business development, technical customer support, or strategic market development in the marine industry.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German language skills are desirable.
  • Skills in other languages are welcome.
  • Passion for technology and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Established network of contacts within the industry is desirable.
