Als Implementation Specialist Digital Services (m/w/d) im Außendienst an den Standorten München, Göppingen oder Nürnberg , bringen Sie unsere digitalen Produkte erfolgreich zu unseren Kunden.

  • Sie übernehmen Kundenprojekte von unseren Vertriebskollegen und begleiten diese bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Sie führen umfassende Tests durch und betreuen den Go-Live-Prozess beim Kunden und sorgen dabei für eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Umsetzung der Projekte.
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Inbetriebnahme unserer Softwarelösungen.
  • Bestehende Strukturen und Daten beim Kunden erfassen und sorgfältig vorbereiten gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass Werkzeugdatenbanken, Maschinenparks und Messmittelbestände optimal aufbereitet sind.
  • Durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit der IT des Kunden klären Sie notwendige Netzwerkkonfigurationen und gewährleisten die nahtlose Integration unserer digitalen Produkte.
Ihre Kompetenzen
  • Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Fertigung erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügen über vergleichbare Erfahrung, beispielsweise als CAM-Programmierer.
  • Ihre Begeisterung für IT-Themen und Ihre Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnologien im industriellen Umfeld zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Kenntnisse in Machine-to-Machine-Kommunikationsprotokollen wie OPC_UA oder MQTT sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie bringen praktische Erfahrung mit Tools und Prozessen der Fertigungsplanung und -vorbereitung mit (ERP, MES, CAM, etc.).
  • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit im Außendienst, der Kundenbetreuung vor Ort sowie an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Ihre verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
