We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Workday Finance Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering successful Workday Financial Management projects to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
- Lead or support the implementation of single or multiple Finance functional streams, ensuring seamless delivery of Workday's Financial Management product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data and Integration Consultants, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Workday's implementation methodology and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
As a Workday Finance Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing your skills and expertise in the Financial Management space. You will work on a variety of projects, gaining experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Implementation of Workday's Financial Management product, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Development of business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaboration with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Providing training and support to customers on Workday's Financial Management product.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in financial management and implementation of business software applications. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3+ years of experience in consulting or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience working with or implementing a Tier 1 business software application, such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
