Your responsibilities
…we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors expert with the main focus on Talent processes (i.e., Learning and Recruiting) to support our ongoing digitalization of Talent Management.
Tasks
manages the day-to-day and ongoing operation, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration of SAP SuccessFactors suite with the focus on the following areas: Recruiting, Learning and Talent, Development, Succession Supports the different business areas in HR by using the platform as administrators (inform, train and assist in maintaining) works closely with Business IT and third party suppliers to design and implement change requests and system improvements based on Uniper’s business needs and HR market trends Consults business content owners (learning) of the best practice in setting up learning journeys and support them with adequate reports Optimizes the linked employee journeys and enables Uniper employees using the system (by user guides, online help and other supporting documentation) *(aids in the testing and quality assurance of eLearning products, specifically as they interact within the SuccessFactors and provides solutions)Your profile
Bachelor/Master-Degree in a related area (HR, Education, Economics, Media, IT) or similar Experience in administration of HR/HX Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) High customer orientation and understanding of Employee Experience/User Experience concept *(Experience with setting up e-learnings incl. authoring tools or screen casting tools) Willingness to learn & empower yourself (with the support of various offerings and your manager)Your benefits
