Your contribution:
Administration and coordination of HR Back Office activities with the focus on support of HR Business Partners.
This position will be located in Hannover, Germany and will be reporting to the HR Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Managing personnel files and documents, including contract creating, updating, and archiving employee records.
Preparation of employee contracts and amendments in cooperation with HRBPs
Managing the onboarding process for new hires
Support relocation of EEs and new hires with our relocation provider
Managing/supporting the offboarding process for leaving employees
Creation of reference letters for leaving employees (tool-based)
Handling employee inquiries on HR-related non-monetary issues and perform employee correspondence
Coordination of company car related activities incl. approval and order process, e-driver activation and cooperation / coordination with the provider.
Documentation of company cars in Germany and entire EMEA region (in cooperation with provider).
E-Bike-Leasing: Coordination and administration for HQ location. Act as interface to leasing provider.
Recording of absence times in the T&A system. Creation of shift schedules for new employees; deposit and adjust leave entitlements for new hires and parental leave.
Entering leasing employees into the T&A system
Create reports
Create and release badges in the system.
Education and professional knowledge:
Completed commercial Industrial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
2-3 years of experience in human resources or a similar administrative role
Strong knowledge of MS Office and potentially WorkDay
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information
Fluent German and English language skills
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
