We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Project Admin to play a crucial role in our construction projects. Are you a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in commercial training and team assistance? Bring your hands-on mentality, organizational prowess, and top-notch communication skills to our collaborative environment.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Initial supervision of new construction sites

Setting up the construction containers in coordination with the project management

Selection of possible project assistants

Familiarisation with project assistance on site at the construction sites

Supervision and support of the project assistant

Back office support for construction sites/projects

General correspondence

Independent coordination, preparation and follow-up of appointments

Placing orders and checking invoices

Organising accommodation and business trips for employees

Show your expertise

Successfully completed commercial training and/or several years of professional experience in the secretarial or team assistance field

Experience in a construction site environment

High level of communication skills and service orientation

Organisational talent with an independent and reliable way of working

Hands-on mentality, initiative & motivation

Very good MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
