In your role as Lead Consultant for operational network systems, you will ensure the functionality of
the network and handle requests and tickets related to network operations. In addition, you will
coordinate change processes (change management) and play a key role in both problem definition and
overall solution development.

With a team of 10-12 other employees, you are not only a thought leader in your field, but also the
most important consultant and first point of contact for our customers. As a very important "point of
contact" you will provide the necessary support and information. In addition, you will lead your team
in project processes as well as in the development and delivery of deliverables.
In your role, it is essential to always consider both sides - the customer's perspective and that of the
technical team. With excellent analytical skills and a knack for tackling problems head on, you will find
the right solution for all stakeholders and effectively put it into action.

**Required Technical** **a**nd** **Professional Expertise**:

- Proven Experience as VMware Server Administrator
- Proficient in controlling administrator rights on VM Infrastructure, Use of VMware Converter

Enterprise and overview.
- Ability to setup of resource pools and a VMware Distributed Resources Scheduler (DRS)

cluster, Resource Management, Resource Monitoring along with VMware High Availability

(HA) cluster
- Proven experience in ESX Server Installation and configuration of virtual switches, network

connections and port groups configure Storage
- Expertise in Virtual Center Installation and configuration and Installation of its components

Perform Level 3 Support Esx Operating system
- Demonstrable experience in Install / Upgrade Esx platform environment
- Validated understanding to support Level 3 OS monitoring Client Software, Backup and

Recovery client, Client Software, automated Security, health checking client, OS monitoring
- Proficient in scripting ESX Server deployments for remote installation and security in a

VMware Virtualized Environment

**VMware min Qualifications**:

- Proven years of experience in performing the same role
- VMware certification is a must (VCAP/VCIX or VCDX)
