Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies with several years of experience leading projects in the aerospace industry.
  • Customer-oriented, deadline-driven, and communicative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead both customer and internal development projects focused on the creation, qualification, and production of power electronics for space applications, employing PMI/PMBOK project management methodologies.
  • Oversee all technical, commercial, and programmatic aspects of your projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Execute required quality gates, meticulously documenting project progress for comprehensive tracking.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, provide management reporting, and facilitate lessons learned sessions.
