Qualifikationen

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Projekt- und Produktmanagement im Bereich Industrie- Anlagenbau/ Engineering und Baumanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der angewandten Verfahrenstechnik
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für kaufmännische und technische Prozesse
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Matrixorganisationen sowie in der Leitung eines multikulturellen Teams
- Erfahrungen in der Verhandlungsführung sowie Kenntnisse in der Reorganisation
- Innovationsgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität
