Unsere Tochtergesellschaft Hitachi Zosen Inova BioMethan GmbH entwickelt und fertigt modulare Anlagentechnik zur Biomethanerzeugung und/oder CO2-Gewinnung aus biogenen Gasen wie Bio-, Klär- oder Deponiegas sowie aus Rauchgasen. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt am Standort Zeven in Niedersachen zwischen Hamburg und Bremen ca. 160 Mitarbeitende.
Stellenbeschreibung
Leitung eines fünf- bis zehnköpfigen Teams von Produkt- Projektmanagern im Bereich Bioenergie mit Fokus auf die termingerechte, qualitäts- und kosteneffiziente Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Product Delivery, interne Projekte sowie externe Kundenprojekte „End-to-End“ Verantwortlichkeit für Rentabilität, Qualität und HSE-Standards für das gesamte Product- Portfolio Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement zur Steigerung der Produkt- Projektmargen funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Schnittstellenmanagement mit Vertrieb, Engineering und Supply Chain Management Identifizierung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung sowie zur Steigerung der Mitarbeiter- und Kundenzufriedenheit, intern sowie extern Mitwirkung an strategischen Themen im Zusammenhang mit europaweiten Projekten Gestaltung von Arbeitsweisen und Prozessen, Ausbau der Teamkompetenzen sowie Sicherung des Wissenstransfers und der Kommunikation innerhalb der Teams Förderung und Sicherstellung einer multikulturellen Unternehmenskultur
Qualifikationen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Technik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Projekt- und Produktmanagement im Bereich Industrie- Anlagenbau/ Engineering und Baumanagement Fundierte Kenntnisse in der angewandten Verfahrenstechnik Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für kaufmännische und technische Prozesse Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Matrixorganisationen sowie in der Leitung eines multikulturellen Teams Erfahrungen in der Verhandlungsführung sowie Kenntnisse in der Reorganisation Innovationsgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität Verantwortungsbewusstsein, organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine kommunikative und empathische Art Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Reisebereitschaft
