Product and Marketing Manager for Renewable Gas and Bio-LNG

Hitachi Zosen Inova AG is seeking a highly skilled Product and Marketing Manager to join its Renewable Gas Business Unit. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and managing the market strategy for Bio-LNG and Renewable Gas.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market intelligence to define and manage market strategy, including market size, geographies, drivers, competition, and portfolio benchmarking.
- Derive renewable energy regulatory frameworks and identify opportunities for financing through grants and subsidies.
- Develop strategic positioning and a way to market for Bio-LNG and Renewable Gas.
- Support the setting of annual and three-year sales targets.
- Define and manage product and offering strategy, including benchmarking current technology and product portfolios, proposing product development, and supporting the definition of unique selling propositions.
- Develop and prepare tools and training to support sales activities.
- Define and maintain pricing tools and set target pricing.
- Support the definition of a digitalization strategy.
- Relevant degree in engineering, economics, or project management.
- Experience in international product and marketing management, including market strategy development, product launches, and implementation of output-based service concepts.
- Sound knowledge of renewable energy regulatory frameworks and grant/subsidy applications.
- Strategic thinking and ability to implement concepts throughout the organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent people skills that facilitate easy interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Business fluent in English and German, French beneficial.
