Renewable Gas Product Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Marketing Manager to join our Renewable Gas Business Unit at Hitachi Zosen Inova AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and managing the market strategy for our Bio-LNG portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market intelligence to define and manage market strategy, including market size, geographies, drivers, competition, and regulatory frameworks.
- Derive renewable energy regulatory frameworks and identify opportunities for financing through grants and subsidies.
- Develop and manage product and offering strategies to close gaps and improve positioning in the market.
- Support the definition of communication strategies in coordination with Sales and Communication departments.
- Develop and prepare tools and trainings to support sales activities.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in engineering, economics, or project management.
- Experience in international product and marketing management, including market strategy development, product launches, and implementation of output-based service concepts.
- Sound knowledge of renewable energy regulatory frameworks and grant/subsidy applications.
- Strategic thinking and ability to implement concepts throughout the organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Business fluent in English and German, French beneficial.
