Aufgabenbeschreibung

In dieser Funktion leiten Sie das Project Management Office für ein strategisches Projekt-Portfolio und stellen mit dem Ihnen fachlich unterstellten Team effiziente Projektsteuerung sicher.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Methoden, -Prozessen und –Richtlinien Entwicklung neuer Standards und Methoden für das strategische Portfolio, bestehend aus mehreren Groß-Projekten Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Projektmanagement-Standards und -Best Practices Koordinieren von Projektzielen, Zeit- und Ressourcenplänen, Budgets und Risiken mit den zuständigen Teams Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um eine transparente Kommunikation und einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicherzustellen Gewährleistung eines effektiven Risikomanagements und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Risikovermeidung und –minimierung Sicherstellung der Einhaltung rechtlicher Bestimmungen und Richtlinien im Projektmanagement

Anforderungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

abgeschlossenes Master oder Diplom Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbar langjährige Erfahrung im Management großer und komplexer Projekte im internationalen Umfeld, gerne im Anlagenbau hervorragende Kenntnis von Projektmanagement-Methoden, -Tools und –Prozessen Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung von Vorteil Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Aussteuerung heterogener Teams fließende Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus

Durch Ihre weitreichende Erfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte haben Sie die Fähigkeit, Herausforderungen analytisch zu begegnen, Lösungen zu finden und entsprechende Entscheidungen zu fällen.
