**A Snapshot of Your Day**

A day in the life of a Project Management Team Lead may start with reviewing project progress and status reports, communicating with stakeholders and team members, and addressing any issues or concerns that have arisen. You may then spend time planning and strategizing for upcoming projects, working with team members to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and identifying potential risks and roadblocks. Throughout the day, you will likely spend time monitoring and managing project progress, ensuring that tasks are being completed on time and within budget, and providing guidance and support to team members as needed. The day may also involve attending meetings, conducting performance evaluations, and communicating project updates to upper management. Overall, a Project Management Team Lead must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and effectively manage a diverse range of responsibilities and stakeholders.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders such as the client, partners, manufacturers, supplies and contractors
- Identify and address project risks and roadblocks to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve project outcomes and increase team efficiency
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the team to encourage knowledge sharing and idea generation
- Guide the team towards successful project outcomes and continuous improvement

**What You Bring**
- Masters Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or similar education is necessary
- Around 10 years of professional experience in leading teams of project managers and in execution of EPC projects
- Experience within the electric power industry and knowledge of business issues associated with power delivery services
- Ability to provide feedback, responding to inquiries and concerns, and proactively identifying and addressing customer needs. Additionally, you should possess strong change management, analytical and problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Strong English and German skills
