Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team at SPIE. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating electrical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning and Control: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and submit project proposals, including detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project work is carried out to the required quality standards, including compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, including experience in leading and managing project teams.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and technologies, including experience with CAD software and MS Office.
  • Language: Fluent in German (B2 level) and English.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
