Your mission:
Your mission is all about growth: As part of our Commercial Team, you are responsible for growing our marketing impact, fueling the further growth of Cevotec with effective lead generation. Working directly with our company management, technical experts as well as industry media and international customers, you will also grow personally. This is your unique opportunity to take on general marketing responsibility in a high-tech scale-up and advance it to the next level
Your tasks:
Execute and further develop the Cevotec marketing strategy in alignment with company management, incl. annual budget planning Conceptualize and create technical marketing materials like technical articles, whitepapers, press releases, newsletter, video footage; working closely with our technical teams
Distribute marketing materials through organic and paid channels, esp. industry platforms, LinkedIn, web, email; work with industry journalists and publishers; handle incoming requests
Plan, prepare and represent Cevotec at international events like trade shows and conferences
Structure and qualify incoming marketing leads
Coordinate freelancers for design and technical web maintenance; lead working students
Perform marketing analytics, create relevant reports and identify improvements
Your profile:
Degree in engineering or business administration with technical focus or similar
Technical understanding and vocabulary in composites / automation technology / aerospace by either relevant background or professional experience
Minimum of 3 year of professional experience in commercial roles
Experience with online marketing tools, CRM software, CMS software
Excellent communication skills Business fluent in English and German, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office suite; Adobe Suite a plus
