**Job description**:
- Your mission will be to drive the EMEA ADG VIPower switches with the responsibility for business development, demand creation, value creation, strategy definition and execution, market intelligence and new billing generation to achieve the targets of the EMEA region.
- Together with the team, Sales / FAE and the Product Group you will be a key actor in positioning the VIPower portfolio and defining the product roadmap and solutions for power distribution in classic and smart architectures. You will influence strategic and operational decision in order to reinforce ST’s leadership towards electrified and autonomous vehicles.
The main objectives & tasks will be to:
- Increase ST top line and market share in the responsible automotive product categories.
- Drive and support demand creation and design-in/win for all EMEA customers (domestic, offshore) and for customers under the responsibility of other regions with development sites in EMEA Region.
- Define, communicate and implement marketing strategy for EMEA in alignment with ADG Product Group with the target to drive innovation and enable/keep leadership position for ST.
- Define, communicate and implement operative marketing plan in alignment with Sales teams focused on EMEA automotive market needs.
- Manage at technical and strategical level relation and collaboration with carmakers, 3rd parties, institutes, and external partners.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competition to anticipate market trends, elaborate unique selling propositions and prepare differentiation strategies.
- Report key business indicators to management and derive recommendations.
- Train Sales and FAEs as well as external partners to ensure competencies are in place to properly position VIPower across markets.
- Share best practices (technical, commercial, processes & tools) across the team.
- Coordinate operation with other regional organizations (NA, GC,) in order to efficiently address global customer accounts and to achieve design-in and world wide support of EMEA customer base.
**Profile**:
- Master Degree in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics discipline.
- More than 4 years of experience in product marketing or related field.
- Strong analytical thought and problem-solving knowledge in own and other functional areas.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with global and diverse teams in order to drive business.
- Relationship building internally and externally.
