Als  Portfolio &Business Development Manager (m/w/d)  agierst du als zentraler Ansprechpartner für das Produkt-Portfolio und die gesamte Roadmap des  Portfolios des Health Cloud-Bereichs . Du entwickelst das Health-Cloud-Portfolio in enger Abstimmung mit dem Strategy &Transformation-, Portfolio-Excellence sowie den spezialisierten Sales- und Service-Teams.

Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf der kundenorientierten Adjustierung der existierenden Kunden-Portfolios sowie der Weiterentwicklung und Spezifizierung des übergreifenden Cloud-Portfolios unter dem Gesichtspunkt des New Business Developments im Bereich Health:

Marktbeobachtung, konkrete Marktanalysen und branchenspezifisches Business Development Antizipation von Trends und White Spots zur (Weiter-)Entwicklung neuer Offering-Portfolios aus Business Development Analysen Unterstützung der Business-Segmente zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Portfolio-Initiativen und deren Skalierung sowie Monetarisierung Erstellung von Risiko-/Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen/Business Cases und Identifizierung von Portfoliolücken sowie kontinuierlicher Dialog mit Produktmanagern Bewertung des Portfolios sowie der Vorschläge zur Anpassung von Seiten Client Service bzw. Delivery Manager anhand festgelegter Kennzahlen Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von portfoliorelevanten Entscheidungen in den relevanten Konzerngremien Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle und als Business Developer eigenverantwortliches Treiben neuer Initiativen und Projekte in agilen Teams #EHE_TSI#

Du hast eine "Treiber-Mentalität" und bringst einschlägige mehrjährige Erfahrung im Tätigkeitsfeld Portfolio und Business Development im Health Sektor (idealerweise mit Cloud-Lösungen) mit.

Du bist erfahren in professionellen  Präsentationen/Pitches und überzeugst Management und Kunden von deinem neu entwickelten Portfolio  Absoluter Teamplayer mit Kenntnissen und praktischen Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von agilen Methoden, Projekt- und Stakeholdermanagement Proaktivität und unternehmerische Herangehensweise (Macher-Mentalität) beim Entwickeln, Aufgreifen und Treiben neuer Ideen Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke, Offenheit und Coaching-orientierte Zusammenarbeit Erfahrungen im Umfeld Deutsche Telekom/T-Systems ist ein Plus
