Join a pioneering leader in the green energy sector We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to drive our Residential Battery business for Energy Storage Systems, based in the vibrant Frankfurt region, Germany. As a vanguard in developing advanced materials and batteries for next-generation energy solutions, our company is a key player globally, particularly in the realms of electric vehicle batteries and energy storage systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute regional business strategies to cultivate new partnerships and manage sales pipelines.
  • Proactively initiate contact with potential customers and lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contracts.
  • Regularly submit sales reports and collaborate with internal teams daily to boost revenue.
  • Analyze sales forecasts, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across our European teams.



Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the residential ESS battery sector or related fields.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in sales and marketing of energy storage systems.
  • Demonstrated success in developing business strategies and achieving sales targets in the Solar PV industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other relevant software.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language, with German being highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region (up to 50%).
