Was tragen Sie bei?
AlsService Produkt Manager (w/m/d) entwickeln Sie wettbewerbsfähigeProduktlösungen bzw. Serviceportfolioelemente für ein erfolgreichesService-Geschäft von High Speed- und Commuter-Rail weiter und pflegen diese inZusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Funktionen innerhalb der Business UnitCustomer Service und in Kooperation mit der Business Unit Rolling Stock. Siewirken in übergeordneten Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung mit.Dabei spielt die Rückführung von Erkenntnissen aus den aktuellen Angeboten einezentrale Rolle, um Zielvorgaben/-kosten zu definieren und ggf. nachzuführen. DieArbeitsergebnisse vertreten Sie auf verschiedenen Entscheider Ebenen. Zurbesseren Vermarktung der Serviceportfolioelemente sammeln Sie Markt- undWettbewerberinformationen, bereiten diese auf und unterstützen bei derPortfoliotransparenz und Kommunikation an die relevanten Stakeholder. DieVermarktung von Serviceportfolioelementen wird von Ihnen in Richtung Vertriebaktiv unterstützt. Darüberhinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Definition, Abstimmung und Erstellung von Angebotsinhaltenund bei laufenden Service-Projekten mit Produkt- und Plattform-Standardlösungen.Was bringen Sie mit?
Sieverfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium in derFachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik,Maschinenbau oder Fahrzeugtechnik. Siehaben langjährige Erfahrung im Business Development, Vertriebs-, Portfolio-oder Projektmanagement und weisen gute Kenntnisse in Serviceprozessen, derInstandhaltung und der zugehörigen Wertschöpfungsketten aus (idealerweise inEisenbahn-Anwendungen). Die Erstellung von Business Cases ist Ihnen vertraut. Siekönnen fundierte Kenntnisse über technische Gegebenheiten beiSchienenfahrzeugen mit Fokus auf Triebzügen/Vollbahnen sowie idealerweiseIT-Fachkenntnisse im Zusammenhang mit Eisenbahn-Anwendungen vorweisen und sindbereit sich in neue technische Entwicklungen einzuarbeiten. Siesind mit dem Erstellen von Präsentation für das obere Management vertraut undkönnen komplexe Zusammenhänge für Entscheidungsvorlagen vorbereiten. Siehaben ein analytisches Vorgehen und können sich selbständig Wege und Mittelerarbeiten, um Angebotssituationen einzuschätzen und dem Angebotsteamentsprechende Zielvorgaben machen zu können. Siesind in der Lage sich zu vernetzen, um Abteilungs-, Projekt- und BusinessUnit-übergreifend Abstimmungen zu erwirken. Siezeigen Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative, Analyse- undProblemlösungsfähigkeiten, Ergebnisorientierung, strategisches Denken,Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit. Sieverfügen über fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkennnisse in Wort und Schrift.
