Translation Management Specialist (f/m/x)
The position is limited until 30.11.2025 in the context of a maternity leave
Your responsibilities
Ensure the timely translation of the Instructions for Use for our products by planning, coordinating and monitoring the translation process in cooperation with translation agencies and proofreaders within the EMEA regionDevelop and perform technical quality checks (quality assurance) of translated documents to meet the highest quality standardsOptimise the use of CAT tools in translation workflowsCollaborate closely with colleagues within Regulatory Affairs, Product Management and Marketing departments at Sysmex Europe as well as with the Sysmex Corporation in JapanEstablish terminology resources for medical device translationsYour profile
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as project manager (f/m/d) for technical translations or technical documentation, preferably in the medical technical fieldExperience working at translation agency beneficialProfound knowledge of SDL Trados Studio and QA tools such as XBenchExperience in terminology managementExperience with DTP applications (e.g. FrameMaker) is a plusExcellent command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German and/or another language is beneficialHighly accurate work style and strong quality focusExcellent project management skillsGood interpersonal skills and the enthusiasm to work in a multidisciplinary and multinational teamOur benefits
