**Quality Operations Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Vertragsart: Beschränkt auf 1 Jahr; Backfill für dein Projekt**

**Stellenübersicht**

Der Quality Operations Specialist ist verantwortlich für die Unterstützung des QO-Managements bei Projekten und QO-spezifischen Aufgaben. Dies beinhaltet den Umgang mit verschiedenen Laborsystemen und Systemen des Qualitätsmanagements. Die Stelle ist weiterhin zuständig für die Zusammenarbeit mit Operations und Quality Systems im Hinblick auf Support und Koordination des bestehenden Certified Operator Programms.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Diese Position umfasst unter (z.B. beschränkter Aufsicht, allgemeiner Leitung etc.) und
- in Übereinstimmung mit allen geltenden bundesstaatlichen, staatlichen und lokalen
- Gesetzen/Vorschriften sowie den Prozeduren und Richtlinien von Johnson & Johnson:

- Certified Operator Program (wenn anwendbar)
- Gestaltung des Trainingsprogramms um Zusammenarbeit mit der Trainingsorganisation
- Verwaltung der Trainingsinhalte inklusive der Quizze und Prüfungen
- Prozesseigner für Spezifikationen in den Cert Op’s-Bereichen
- Unterstützung bei internen Audits für das Certified Operator Programm

Change Management Prozess
- Übernahme von Projekten des Change Managements innerhalb des QM-Systems
- (Adaptiv)
- Pflege und Administration von Change Ordern
- Übernahme von Change Tasks
- Verantwortung für das Change Management

Allgemeine Aufgaben
- Übernahme / Durchführung von Lean-Projekten in der QO-Organisation
- Erstellen von Zertifikaten der QO Organisation
- Qualitätskonforme Verwaltung von Dokumentationen, Vereinbarungen und Zertifikaten
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Laborleitern im Hinblick auf Trainings, Methodenvalidierung
- und Produktfreigaben
- Erstellung von Monatsberichten, Labormetriken, Kennzahlenverwaltung
- Umgang mit dem lokalen Bestellwesen (wenn anwendbar)
- Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern

NC (Non-Conformance) Support
- Übernahme von Abweichungserstellung und -pflege
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Vorgängen im Rahmen des
- Abweichungsmanagements
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Fristen bei der NC-Bearbeitung
- Unterstützung bei Abgrenzung (Bounding) und Untersuchung von Fehlern
- Übernahme von Aufgaben im Rahmen, der NC-Genehmigung, PD-Bearbeitung und
- Genehmigung, OOS-Bearbeitung und -Bewertung, sofern erforderlich
- Zusammenarbeit mit PQL-Teams, um zeitnahe und Compliance-gerechte NCBearbeitung sicherzustellen

Einführung neuer Produkte
- Handelt als QO-Repräsentant
- Aufgabenkoordination Labor / Cert Op, sofern erforderlich

Validierungsaufgaben
- Verwaltung, Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Methodenhandbüchern (MVI’s)
- Aufgabenkoordination Labor / Cert Op, sofern erforderlich
- Unterstützung bei Validierungen

LIMS (wenn anwendbar)
- primäre Kontaktperson (LIMS Power User) zur Unterstützung von Produkttests und
- Produktfreigaben, sofern erforderlich
- LIMS-Administrator, sofern erforderlich
- Umsetzung von Änderung im LIMS-System, sofern erforderlich
- Umsetzung des Change Managements inklusive Validierungen und Genehmigungen bei
- Prozessänderungen in LIMS, sofern erforderlich

Umgang mit Laborsystemen (wenn andwendbar)
- Umgang mit Laborsystemen zur Datensicherung (z.B. SDMS)Umgang mit Laborsystemen zur Laborauftragsplanung (z.B. Smart QC)
- Verantwortlich für die Kommunikation geschäftsbezogener Sachverhalte oder
- Möglichkeiten an die nächste Führungsebene
- Diejenigen, die Personal beaufsichtigen oder leiten, sind dafür verantwortlich, dass
- unterstellte Mitarbeiter alle Unternehmensrichtlinien in Bezug auf Gesundheits-,
- Sicherheits
- und Umweltpraxis befolgen und dass alle dafür erforderlichen Ressourcen
- verfügbar und in gutem Zustand sind, falls zutreffend.
- Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung, dass alle bundesstaatlichen, staatlichen, lokalen
- sowie Vorschriften, Richtlinien und Prozeduren des Unternehmens persönlich und von
- dem Unternehmen eingehalten werden.

**Qualifications**:
**Erfahrung und Ausbildung**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich QA in einem Medizinprodukteunternehmen
- PC-Kenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse in Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
- Produktkenntnisse wünschenswert
