About Monday Merch:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our efforts in the German market.

The Position:
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Country Lead to spearhead our operations and sales efforts in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, sales team development, and market expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of the German market and the ability to set up and grow our future office in Düsseldorf.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts in the German market. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Team Expansion: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team in Germany. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure team success.
  • Market Growth Investigation: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth in the German market. Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Office Setup: Oversee the establishment of our new office in Düsseldorf. Ensure the office is fully operational and equipped to support our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales in Germany.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably within the merchandising or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German market, with a track record of successful market expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
