YOUR MISSION AS A COUNTRY MANAGER SPAIN (F/M/D) AT LILLYDOO:- You will develop, implement and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth in Spain
- You will monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stay informed on all relevant topics
- You are actively involved in P&L management for Spain
- You will conduct market researches to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the Spanish market
- You will always keep an eye on the competition, their products and marketing activities
- You will contribute both creatively and analytically
- You will be responsible for all PR related topics and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, partners, and influencers, to enhance brand visibility and drive successful campaigns

Requirements **YOUR SKILLSET- Must be a native Spanish speaker with very good English skills (English is our corporate language)
- Degree in economics with a focus on marketing or equivalent
- 3 years' work experience in marketing
- Enjoy working with numbers and analytical contexts
- Talent for multitasking, creativity and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy working independently on projects
- Experience in an eCommerce or FMCG company
- Enthusiasm for new trends and customer needs
