Tasks

In this role, you will work as executive assistant to one of our Managing Partners. As such you will cover a wide variety of topics. You will be responsible for supporting the Oyster Bay Management Team in daily activities including:

  • Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the partners
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information
  • Support with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the venture capital firm

The scope of your tasks depend on your level of ambition.

Requirements

Ideally, you have several years of work experience as an Executive Assistant. The most important thing is your attitude and mindset.

If you are proactive, see work that needs to be done and are hungry to learn as much as possible, you are probably a good fit. Ideally you have experience working with German tax accountants. You will be a great fit, if you are very detail oriented and diligent and self directed.

This job is a 20-30 hours a week position, we are flexible on the exact number depending on your preferences.
