We are currently looking for a Head of Development for the German market to join our team as part of the Grid & Digital Solutions department in our M Power Projects division.

Your role will encompass:

· Work towards project opportunities and manage the development of grid/transmission system projects.

· Making sure project milestones are reached.

· Being able to report back on all aspects of projects to senior management.

· Looking out for risks which may come up during the development of these projects and being able to effectively report back on these.

· Be responsible for project delivery, and lead various internal professionals in design, technical analysis, financial and commercial modelling, legal DD and grid connection.

· Oversee relationships with project stakeholders, including developers, transmission distribution service operators, local councils and suppliers.

What you bring to the role:

· University degree.

· Market development experience

· Strong experience with transmission and distribution system operations.

· Ability to support bids and negotiations for new projects.

· Experience working with a multinational company.

· Good teamwork and management skills.

· Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
