As Advisor Front Office Customer Service , you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the key contact point for our customers, helping to shape and enhance our service through effective communication and problem-solving. This role is essential in supporting our ambitious growth strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

serving as the prime contact point for our customers via phone, email, Facebook, and WhatsApp assisting the front office with inquiries related to payments, orders, cancellations, and returns responding to questions about our websites, products, and the ordering process handling customer feedback to continuously enhance our offerings and shopping experience collaborating with external service providers acting as the right hand to the front office supervisor, including monitoring KPIs

YOU COME WITH

proven experience in the field of customer care strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit a passion for customer satisfaction paired with excellent social and problem-solving abilities proficiency in basic MS Office an open, positive, flexible personality fluency in both German and English
