Als Business Development Manager (m/w/d) bei International SOS bist Du für das Wachstum verantwortlich. Du identifizierst, analysierst und erschließt neue Absatzmöglichkeiten und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden, die ihre Mitarbeitenden vor Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsbedrohungen schützen.

Das erwartet Dich
Kundenmanagement: Identifiziere und erschließe neue Absatzmöglichkeiten durch Vorstellung unseres Werteversprechens in dem zugewiesenen Marktsegment Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen: Baue und pflege Beziehungen auf, um globale Leads und Möglichkeiten zu ermitteln Marktstrategie: Definiere einen Go-to-Market-Plan für dein Marktsegment, der Wachstumschancen, Marktdynamik und Wettbewerbsanalysen darstellt Umsetzung neuer Geschäfte: Verantworte die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von neuen Geschäften, einschließlich administrativer, operativer und finanzieller Aktivitäten Erstellung von Angeboten: Koordiniere die administrativen und finanziellen Aktivitäten, einschließlich Vertragsprüfung, Ausschreibungen und Angebote sowie Rechnungsstellung Markteinblick: Behalte den Überblick über Martktrends und -erkenntnisse und nimm an Workshops und Networking-Veranstaltungen teil
Das bringst Du mit
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Du bringst Erfahrung im Consultative Selling oder Business Development in einem professionellen Dienstleistungs- bzw. internationalen B2B-Umfeld mit Du arbeitest gerne in einem Crossborder-Umfeld und verfügst über interkulturelles Bewusstsein Du gehst qualitäts- und kundenorientiert sowie strukturiert vor, weißt wie Du Prioritäten setzen kannst, um mehrere Kunden zeitgleich zu betreuen und ergreifst gerne Eigeninitiative Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, bist kommunikationsstark, ein natürlicher Netzwerker und Teamplayer Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Du bist bereit zu reisen
