Project Coordinator Events (gn)


Aufgaben
  • Eigenständiges Projektmanagement verschiedenster Formate sowie die operative Projektorganisation
  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der Korrespondenz mit Referent:innen, Teilnehmer:innen und Sponsoren sowie die Terminplanung mit Referent:innen
  • Telefonische Referent:innen-, Kund:innen- und Interessentenbetreuung
  • Organisatorische Absprachen mit den Locations in der Vorbereitungsphase einer hybriden Veranstaltung
  • Einrichtung, Planung und Koordination verschiedener Remote-Veranstaltungsplattformen und Streaming-Lösungen
  • Erstellung von technischen Anforderungen und Betreuung des audiovisuellen Equipments
  • Organisatorische Abwicklung von Veranstaltungen, inklusive der Koordination der Dienstleister
  • Auswertung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
  • Planung, Überwachung und Pflege von Projektbudgets in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Eventmanager oder zur/zum Veranstaltungskauffrau*mann und/oder mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Organisation von b2b-Events
  • Kosten- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Teamplayer
  • Flexibilität und hohe Belastbarkeit in Stresssituationen
  • Service-, lösungs- und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortung
  • Digitale Affinität und idealerweise Erfahrung in der technischen Veranstaltungsproduktion und audiovisuellen Dienstleistungen für digitale / hybride Veranstaltungen
