WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ensuring the application operation of various non-SAP applications in the Production & Logistics area Development and responsibility for the non-SAP application management service in the Production & Logistics division Coordination and management of external IT service providers in the context of ensuring ongoing operations and IT project work Supporting the implementation and testing of software components and developments Responsible for the implementation and coordination of release updates of the respective non-SAP applications Collaboration in project management and IT coordination in the area of Production & Logistics of non-SAP applications Active participation in AMS innovation projects, from planning, coordination and implementation. Including taking over (partial) project management and budget tracking WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE Successfully completed university studies in (business) informatics, economics or training with a comparable background At least 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting and application management of non-SAP applications in the area of production and logistics In-depth knowledge of service management and setting up services in application management Experience in managing external service providers and coordinating internal colleagues Several years of experience in the operation and user support of logistics applications (SAP and non-SAP) Initial professional experience and knowledge of SAP PP and WM (customizing) desirable Experience in the area of business process modeling as well as (IT) project management and ITIL Knowledge in the support of SAP and non-SAP interfaces desirable Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English Independent and solution-oriented way of working Assertiveness and flexibility WHAT WE OFFER YOU
