Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist zentraler Treiber bei den Wachstumsplänen vom DCI und gestaltest aktiv die Strategie vom DCI mit
  • Du übernimmst und leitest eigenverantwortlich teamübergreifende Projekte, v.a. im Business Development, im Marketing und im Sales
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die komplette Umsetzung Deiner Projekte und arbeitest gerne in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld
  • Du identifizierst neue Wachstumsfelder für das DCI und trägst diese in die Organisation
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung, unserem Head of Sales und Head of Marketing zusammen
  • Du tauschst Dich regelmäßig mit unseren verschiedenen Stakeholdern in unseren Standorten (Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Leipzig und München) aus
  • Du übernimmst die Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung durch strukturierte Beschaffung und Aufbereitung von Informationen
Deine Skills
  • Du besitzt bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Business Development oder Projektmanagement
  • Du bringst eine unabhängige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Geschwindigkeit mit
  • Du bist entrepreneurial und analytisch, hast vorzugsweise Start-Up Erfahrung
  • Du bist sehr hands - on und bereit, Dich jeglichen anfallenden Aufgaben anzunehmen
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office Pakets, insbesondere von Excel und PowerPoint
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche und englische Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Du arbeitest gern im Außendienst und bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit
