Working and partnering closely with the Management, various departments and investors, you'll have the opportunity to drive key initiatives and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Reporting: Design and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and forecasts to support management in making informed decisions Budget Planning: Drive the budget planning process to align financial strategies with organizational goals and manage business planning efforts Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance internal business processes through in-depth analysis and KPI evaluations, fostering operational efficiency Business Partnership: Act as a primary liaison for internal departments, offering financial insights, reporting, and analysis to support their objectives Accounting Interaction: Work with the accounting team on interface topics

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business studies with a focus on finance or related field Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in controlling, finance, auditing, or management consulting roles Analytical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications, familiarity with data analytics tools such as PowerBI or SQL is advantageous Financial Acumen: Profound understanding of financial principles Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both verbal and written
