Als Controlling & FP&A ManagerIn trägst du maßgeblich zum Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Controlling und FP&A Aktivitäten bei. Ziel ist es, das Wachstum, die Wirtschaftlichkeit und die Skalierfähigkeit unserer SaaS Geschäftsmodelle sicherzustellen. Du etablierst eine starke datenbasierte Entscheidungskultur bei reev und stellst die nachhaltige Entwicklung unseres Unternehmens sicher.

Budgetplanung : Für die aktive Planung der Geschäftsbereiche auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene agierst als zentrales kaufmännisches Bindeglied für unsere Business Development-, Sales-und Finance Teams.  Business Partnering : Du entwickelst Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die finanzielle Steuerung des Unternehmens und führst Projekte, die zur Zielerreichung von Reev beitragen.  Controlling : Du erstellst Analysen und Reports von operativen KPIs zur Überwachung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Entwicklung unserer SaaS Produkte. Forecasting : Du stellst monatliche Sales Forecast Zahlen bereit, identifizierst Soll-Ist Abweichungen und analysierst deren Auswirkung auf die operative und finanzielle Performance der Geschäftsbereiche.  Reporting : Du verantwortest die monatliche Berichterstattung von finanziellen KPIs (Umsatz, Kosten, EBIT und Liquidität), inkl. Operationalisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting Landschaft. Automatisierung : Du unterstützt das Finance Team bei der Weiterentwicklung von internen Controlling Prozessen, erarbeitest zusammen mit deinem Team Vorschläge für die Automatisierung von Abläufen im Finanzbereich und unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Finanz Tools für unserer Gesellschaft.  Cash Flow Management : Zusammen mit unserem Commercial Team stellst Du eine aktive, zielorientierte Steuerung der Liquidität sicher. 

Das bringst Du mit

Du hast bereits mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling oder FP&A oder vergleichbaren Positionen sammeln können, bestenfalls im Saas Umfeld.  Mit der Erfassung von finanziellen und nicht-finanziellen Kennzahlen und SaaS Metriken bist Du vertraut.  Im Umgang mit MS Office Excel und PowerPoint bist Du sicher. Erfahrungen mit DATEV, VBA und Business Intelligence Tools sind von Vorteil. Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken zeichnen Dich ebenso aus, wie Deine eigenständige und motivierte Arbeitsweise. Du hast Spaß Neues zu lernen und umzusetzen. Du bringst eine hohe Bereitschaft zur (crossfunktionalen) Teamarbeit mit und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung. Du bist ein Organisationstalent, priorisierst und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen. Du kommunizierst sicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
