Your Future Tasks


The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities in existing and new customer business.

Identify new business opportunities by qualifying and prioritizing incoming leads from various marketing sources and activities Independently follow up on leads by conducting initial meetings via phone or video calls with existing or potential new customers You will be responsible for identifying decision makers for the Seeburger portfolio, setting up specific customer appointments for sales and actively building the sales funnel Working closely with the direct sales teams, recording all activities in the Seeburger CRM system and creating and independently executing sales campaigns Independently write, comment and share social media posts industry and customer specific to be an integral part of the "Digital Customer Journey"

Your Profile

Completed commercial vocational training or comparable training You bring experience from the areas of tele-prospecting, call center, social media (Linkedin Sales Navigator), sales (outbound) or business development Ideally, you'll report back on successes, how you opened new doors and were able to build relationships at all levels of a company Experience in IT or software sales is an advantage Open and communicative demeanor Commitment, as well as fun to work in a great and motivated team
