Business Development Manager

Your Future Tasks
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in existing and new customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Qualifying and prioritizing incoming leads from various marketing sources and activities
- Following up on leads through initial meetings via phone or video calls with existing or potential new customers
- Identifying decision-makers for the SEEBURGER portfolio and setting up customer appointments for sales
- Working closely with direct sales teams, recording activities in the SEEBURGER CRM system, and creating and executing sales campaigns
- Writing, commenting, and sharing social media posts industry-specific to be an integral part of the 'Digital Customer Journey'
Your Profile
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable training
- Experience in tele-prospecting, call center, social media (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), sales (outbound), or business development
- Able to report on successes, build relationships at all levels of a company, and have a commitment to fun and motivated teamwork
- IT or software sales experience is an advantage
