Als Growth & Strategic Partnerships Manager übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Entwickle und manage strategische Partnerschaften, die auf die Wachstumsziele von trawa einzahlen, basierend auf klarem Nutzen für unsere Kunden und entsprechenden KPIs 
  • Entwickle und manage strategische Partnerschaften welche unsere Wachstumsziele vorantreiben
  • Arbeite cross-funktional und eng mit internen Teams aus Vertrieb, Marketing, Customer Success und Software Entwicklung zusammen, um die richtigen Strategien für sinnvolle Partnerschaften zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Identifiziere und priorisiere Partnerschaftsanbahnung auf der Grundlage von Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnissen 
  • Baue Brücken zwischen trawa und Partnern für anhaltende Win-Win Beziehungen
  • Analysiere und optimiere unsere bestehenden Partnerschaften und treibe dabei kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Innovationen voran
  • Halte dich laufend über Branchentrends und das Wettbewerbsumfeld auf dem Laufenden, um strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen
Nach wem wir suchen

  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit Schwerpunkt auf strategischen Partnerschaften
  • Ein aktiver Track-Record für die Entwicklung und Einführung erfolgreicher Partnerschaften
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis des Energie-Marktes und entsprechender Technologien, um Partnerschaften identifizieren und bewerten zu können
  • Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten, vor allem bei der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur kreativen Problemlösung
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Eine kundenorientierte Denkweise und eine hohe Ergebnisorientierung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
