What part will you play? Product positioning and messaging: You develop clear value propositions for SIMARIS planning tools (e.g. placement in Siemens Xcelerator), create messaging that resonates with electrical planners and new customer segments, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Digital campaign management and content creation: You plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns as well as produce high-quality content to enhance visibility and promote SIMARIS tools, highlighting their features and benefits. For that you will use your graphic design skills and graphic tool expertise to create appealing and informative content. Market research and competitive analysis: You stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and refine product positioning and marketing tactics. BIM marketing: You develop and execute cross -BU BIM-focused marketing campaigns, collaborate with product teams to create compelling BIM-related content, and engage with BIM communities and industry events. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management: You work closely with product managers, engineers, and sales teams and build relationships with industry influencers, partners, customers, and stakeholders. This also means collaborations with SI EA, SI EP, DI FA, DI MC, and Siemens Energy. SIMARIS customer data : You maintain and optimize the SIMARIS customer database What you need to make real what matters. You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication science or similar and already have several years of experience in marketing, especially software marketing and project management. Knowledge in the field of electrical power distribution is an advantage. An understanding of products in the low and medium voltage portfolio is also desirable. You have an interest in the intellectual development and preparation of technical contexts. Knowledge of graphics programs such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Cloud) is an advantage as well as AI tools such as ChatGPT. You have experience in dealing with internal and external customers and service providers. In addition, you are fluent in English, knowledge of German would be a plus. Confident handling of MS Office applications and a strong online and AI affinity round off your profile.
