We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Technologist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving marketing transformation through technology and innovation, enabling better connectivity and commercial impact through audience-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects for technology adoption in our key markets, aligning with stakeholders from all marketing disciplines to elevate commercial impact.
- Guide markets in the adoption of our Customer Data Platform and ensure successful integration.
- Develop implementation roadmaps for technology projects, collecting data-driven requirements and advising on the adoption of new marketing technology based on use cases.
- Translate marketing objectives and technology requirements into clear and transparent implementation plans, ensuring clear business objectives are pursued.
- Master's degree in marketing, business informatics, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in the technology and/or marketing environment, ideally with transformation project experience.
- IT project management experience.
- Profound technological knowledge/experience in data management, CRM, content management systems, digital marketing platforms, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is desirable).
- Ability to lead sub-project teams confidently and convince others.
- Good understanding of Siemens Healthineers' business strategy and how you contribute to it.
- Quality orientation and analytical thinking.
- Passion for healthcare inspiring you to think beyond today's boundaries.
