We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Senior Strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, architecture, implementation, and monitoring of Enterprise Service (ES) Digital Marketing campaigns.
About the Role:- Develop and implement global Digital Marketing campaigns for demand generation
- Manage the development and implementation of marketing materials required to support marketing activities and initiatives
- Oversee strategic planning, development, and coordination of key marketing tasks to promote the sale of company products and further the company's sales objectives
- Define and analyze KPIs for all marketing activities and assets created
- Develop complex reports, create content for digital assets, papers, brochures, and videos to measure sales and promotional communications effectiveness
- Support the evaluation of supplier/vendor relationships
- Guide the preparation of project and marketing plans and collect and communicate business data
- Liaise with regional teams in the fulfillment of their marketing goals by delivering high-impact rollout plans and material that include verbal and written communication, training, and collateral
- You have a degree in (digital) marketing, business administration, healthcare, or a similar discipline
- You have many years of professional experience in digital marketing, with the ability to discover and design customer journeys and working knowledge of digital marketing campaign creation and implementation, which encompass search, digital, and social advertising, targeting and segmentation, email, virtual events, and/or web design in the healthcare device market
- You have working knowledge and several years of experience in implementing state-of-the-art digital marketing concepts, demand generation campaign practices, content management tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Direct experience with Oracle Marketing and Sales Cloud, Adobe, Domo, Eloqua, or other marketing automation and analytics systems is a plus
- You have experience in digital campaign project management, managing projects with direct stakeholder collaboration
