Our PP/DP (Digitalization & Production System) department deals with the central design, implementation, further development and management of digitalization for the global production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars Operations (MO). Digitalization is a central component of the production system.
The motivated "MO Product Owner" team is responsible for the further development of existing and the design and implementation of new MO applications in cooperation with the production and IT departments.
We are looking for interns for the team, preferably for 6 months, to support us in setting up the cloud-based MO data platform and further developing our MO applications.
These are the challenges you will face
Support in the conception and continuous development of the product vision and product roadmap of MO applications in close cooperation with developers, MPS and production areas (Product Owner role) Participation in the identification, specification and conception of new use cases for digitization in production, including AI-based (Business Analyst role) Collaboration in the design of analysis and reporting solutions, analysis of large amounts of data for data-driven decision-making and recognition of trends and patterns (Data Scientist role) Supporting the development and maintenance of a data strategy for the systematic provision and linking of technical data points (System Architect role) Assistance in the release process of new versions of the applications: Testing, release information, ... (IT Product Tester role) Qualifikationen Technical, engineering or information science university degree, ideally related to digitization (data science, computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, production engineering, mathematics or similar) Confident written and spoken German and English skillsPersonal competencies:
