Position Overview:
The increasing demands in vehicle manufacturing require robust processes and effective digital solutions. Our Center for Digitalization and Production Planning is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
As a working student in Center Coordination, you will assist the Center Management with various tasks, including:

  • Supporting the organization and execution of workshops and management meetings.
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of management and employee events.
  • Contributing to internal communication and change management initiatives.
  • Preparing presentations and documentation for international management.
  • Assisting in personnel and budget planning for the center.
  • Facilitating overarching communication strategies within the center.
  • Updating standards and best practices.
  • Managing independent projects and tasks.

Qualifications:
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in project management is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English are essential.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate confidence in engaging with diverse audiences and levels of hierarchy. A structured and detail-oriented approach to work, along with quick comprehension and flexibility, is essential.

Additional Information:
The working student position is flexible in terms of start date, with a preferred duration of six months. Candidates from outside the European Economic Area should ensure they have the necessary work permits.
