At the Mercedes-Benz plant in Untertürkheim, we build the heart of our cars: high-quality and future-oriented engines, transmissions, axles and batteries for all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.
The Purchased Parts Planning team makes an important contribution here by planning the required purchased parts for all units.

You will face these challenges:
Disposition of purchased parts and learning all relevant procurement processes Coordinating follow-up deliveries with all relevant departments, such as purchasing, QM (quality management) and production Graphically highlighting bottleneck situations and developing optimization options Analyzing inventory-driving components and initiating measures to reduce inventory Networking with other interns in the Supply Chain Center and beyond Hybrid work is possible Qualifikationen Degree in logistics, economics or business administration Confident written and spoken German and English skills Familiarity with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote, SAP knowledge an advantage Confident handling of modern communication and presentation technology Negotiation skills and ability to work in a team Communication skills Ability to make decisions and resolve conflicts Organizational skills Structured and independent way of working Creative thinking desirableAdditional information:
