DepartmentSpecialization: Purchased Parts Management
ResponsibilitiesAs an intern, you will engage in various tasks, including:
- Managing the disposition of purchased parts while acquiring knowledge of essential procurement processes.
- Coordinating subsequent deliveries with relevant departments such as purchasing, quality management, and production.
- Visually representing bottleneck situations and formulating optimization strategies.
- Analyzing components that drive inventory levels and initiating actions to mitigate excess stock.
- Building a network with fellow interns across the Supply Chain Center.
- Participating in hybrid work arrangements.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in logistics, economics, or business administration.
- Proficient written and spoken skills in both German and English.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Effective use of modern communication and presentation tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative mindset.
