Your tasks

Disciplinary and technical leadership and further development of a team Ensuring the optimal short and medium-term supply of materials across all product groups, including EMS, battery, PV, wallbox and indirect purchasing Performing the 1st escalation level towards the supplier and manufacturer Designing and optimizing the operational purchasing process from the purchase requisition to invoice approval Creating and evaluating KPIs for operational purchasing Creating and establishing standards in purchasing in relation to the process and ERP system Performing the interface function to other departments such as logistics, development, production, quality, accounting and controlling Implementing and ensuring compliance requirements in purchasing Performing the multiplier function for the leading ERP system and representing the Purchasing department vis-à-vis IT

Your profile

Successfully completed technical or business studies with a focus on purchasing/materials management or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in the field of operational and international purchasing in a manufacturing company Good knowledge of series production, ideally electronics, as well as discrete manufacturing Initial experience in managing and developing teams Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central) Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills Willingness to travel
