Summary:
Der Site QC Leader fungiert als Leiter der Qualitätskontrolle am Standort Leverkusen und ist verantwortlich für die unten beschriebenen Aufgaben.
Responsibilities Include:
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter Entwicklung und Training von QC-Mitarbeitern Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und Momentive Vorgaben im QC-Bereich Sicherstellung der benötigte Sicherheitskultur Verantwortung für die Einhaltung des QC-Budgets Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der für die QC-Prozesse zutreffenden Normen wie ISO9001 und IAFT 16949 Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Analyse und Freigabe von Roh- und Hilfsstoffen Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Freigabe von Produkten, Verfügbarkeit der QC-Analyse Geräte und Erstellung des CoAs Verantwortlich für Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung der QC Prozesse, QC-Methoden und Arbeitsweisen auf Aktualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit, Identifikation von Verbesserungspotential und dessen Umsetzung Sicherstellung der Verwaltung and Optimierung aller QC-Prozesse in SAP und LIMS Erster Ansprechpartner für interne und externe QC-Fachfragen für Leverkusener Rohmaterial/Edukte/Produkte Ansprechpartner für Tolling für QC Methoden Abgleich / Entwicklung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf bei der Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten Unterschriftberechtigter für dem QC-Teil bei MOC und NPI Prozessen Ansprechpartner für externe Dienstleister wie Currenta, Contilab, SGS Analytical Ausbildungsbetreuung für Chemie Laboranten
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemie Ingenieurswesen, Chemie oder einem verwandten Studienfach (mind. Bachelor Abschluss) Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Quality Control in der Chemischen Industrie, davon mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams Sehr gute Kenntnisse von modernen Labor Analyse Techniken. Durchsetzungsvermögen in Verbindung mit hoher Sozialkompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter auch funktionsübergreifend und interdisziplinär zu motivieren und zu führen Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein Hohe Belastbarkeit und starke Fähigkeit mit wechselnden Prioritäten umzugehen Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz Umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Erfahrung mit ISO 9001 Quality Management Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP QM und SAP-Stammdaten Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)#LI-NK1
