**Job Highlights**:

- Leads the Global Maintenance Support division within the central maintenance team with the aim of optimizing maintenance within LANXESS on a global basis
- As team leader, balances the local support requirements for support and the development of methods and structures towards excellence
- Serves as the first point of contact for site teams when it comes to organizing technical support and expert input on planned and unplanned tasks that require special attention/knowledge
- Drives the program to achieve the best possible, technically reliable, and cost-effective maintenance through a criticality-based maintenance approach
- Collaborates with the technical resources of the local teams and supports the development of resources and skills in the LANXESS technical community

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in a technical discipline and relevant work experience
- Experience in leadership, leading by convincing and explaining
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented and socially competent manner in a multi-partner environment
- Deep understanding of asset management processes and practical management and reporting tools
- Deep understanding of AM and MM processes within our ERP system (SAP S4)
- Passion for structural improvements, people management and working with local technical teams
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
